Lingotto

There is a very old building in Turin, Italy with a test track on top. It was originally a state of the art automobile factory devised by the best brains at Fiat. Today it's a high end hotel and shopping center. Back in '98 I worked in Turin and lived in the hotel for a while. Every now and again I would go up to the roof to see the banked track which was pretty cool. Turin felt a lot like Detroit - industrial, of the earth and dirty. I had a blast there.
