Thursday morning was check-in time for the builders and bikes at the hotel in Tustin. It was a blast to see all the guys coming in from all over the country with bikes they had been slaving over for so long. After seeing them only through a digital screen for so long they seemed to jump into your eyeballs! Later in the day after a builders meeting, we all rode over to a local Harley-Davidson dealership for a builder pre-party. I had a great night watching my Detroit crew rubbing elbows with people they have only known through social media - virtual friends became physical friends, beers cans were emptied and the party went on even after we all returned back to the hotel. Thanks to Mike and Grant for organizing such an amazing happening!!! And it was only just the beginning....
