That's Joe. He owns the "Fancy Pan" and about a zillion other cool scoots (check my older posts). Here he is admiring Gene's Bonneville bound WLR. I talked to Gene today, he ended up tripping the traps at 127mph. Not bad for a first offender. He told me he was just going to the salt one time only. But now has admitted he has been bitten by the salt snake and will return next year for an 130mph attempt. But I'm talking about Gene in the post below - in front of Joe's barn. Joe is the guy in this photo. Confused? Me too.

Who the hell is "Joe"?
